• We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for all products except necklaces if a manufacturing defect is found when the necklace is received and opened directly.

• Return request is allowed within 24 hours after receiving the product.

• You must send product photos and videos to confirm a defect of the product.

• Refunds do not include any shipping and receiving charges shown on the packing invoice.

• Shipping fees must be paid for all returned products.

• Shipping and receiving charges are non-refundable. Any refunds will not include the shipping cost.

• It takes a maximum of 30 Business days to return products.

• Items must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipping when returned, we do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product in a proper way.

• It's required to repack the returned products in a controlled manner by the customer, and in the same way that received them.

Return and refund policy for necklaces:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a manufacturer defect. If you receive a product that has a defect, please contact us with details of the product and defect.

• We will ask you to return the product to the shipping company.

• We will ask you for your contact information.

• Upon receipt of the product to be returned, we will fully inspect it and communicate with you via your contact details, and tell you whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of defects in the products.

• If you are entitled to a refund, we will send the purchase price of the product using the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

• The refund price for returned products does not include the shipping price.
